Following the move of the artists to a region several hundred kilometres north of their old home, Cold Front, released in October 2015, explores the starkness and beauty of fall and winter in the boreal regions of the world. The album was made with guitar and mellotron sounds with vintage production touches meant to remind listeners of early 70s German psych albums by bands like Ash Ra Tempel, Dom and Popol Vuh.
